The Story Behind The Envelope

a note from the founder

I started Little Luxuries Club because I needed it before I built it.

By day, I work in compliance for a national blood bank, a career built on precision, credentials, and years of clinical training. I hold a MPH, I’m a certified Medical Laboratory Scientist, and on top of that I’ve spent close to 15 years collecting certifications in health coaching, personal training, and nutrition. I have in almost every sense built a life around taking care of other people’s wellbeing, professionally, scientifically, and in the fitness world.

Outside of that, I’m a mom, a wife, and a dancer. I’m the co-owner of The Dane Vault where we throw events designed to help women feel confident, connected, and a little more themselves. My life is full and full of joy. Still I notice how rarely I gave myself anything that wasn’t productive, useful, or for someone else. Rest had to earn it’s place on the calendar. Peace felt like something to schedule, not something to recieve.

Little Luxuries Club started as a simple question: what if peace could just show up? Not another app to open, not another thing to optimize, just a small envelope in the mailbox with a solo date idea, wellness recipe, a few whimsical stickers, and one wellness practice worth actually using. Something to hold in your hands instead of scroll past.

Every peace practice insert draws on real clinical and wellness training, not trends, not guesswork. More than anything, this club is built on something simple: you deserve a small luxury that belongs only to you every single month with no occasion required.

I hope opening your envelope feels like a permission slip. I hope it’s the ten minutes you didn’t know you needed. Welcome to Little Luxuries Club, I’m glad you’re here.
